Brian Osborne has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience. He has worked with Richard A. Hall, PC since 1998. Prior to joining our firm, Brian worked for First Union and the Navy Federal Credit Union. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and received his BS in Accounting from George Mason University.
